Manufacturing Unit

Our production facility in Vadodara to manufacture pleated type filter elements for dust removal was completed in 2009. The primary focus of the Vadodara production site is to manufacture special filter cartridges for the air and dust filtration. Additionally we supply pleated filter panels, filter cassettes and other customized forms of dust filter elements.

Manufacturing Facilities

We have high per­formance machinery to manufacture wide range of filter elements. Filter elements made of very different materials is the quick and simple refitting of the manufacturing plants.

• Each of our manufacturing steps is subject to defined quality norms. All levels are transparent and retractable due to transparent documentation processes.
• Beside our wide range of filter cartridges accommodating all standard fastening systems, we also produce pleated filter panels and cleanable filter cassettes in various sizes.
• We can produce filter cartridges and panels made of food-suitable materials.
• Filter elements for hot gas filtration up to 450°C are produced in a special dedicated department.

Research & Development

It is significant for every organization to understand the ever changing market trends completely and be a part with them. Moreover, we have associated ourselves with external institutes for our fundamental research projects. For achieving this objective, we have developed a well-equipped R & D unit at our premises, which is effectively looked after by our R & D professionals. They work in close unison with plant engineers and engineering firms. In order to ease out the task of our team members, we have installed this unit with latest tools and equipment. Due to the extensive research, we have been to develop products that can easily withstand the highest chemical, thermal and mechanical strains.
