Head of Production

As a manufacturer of filter elements for air and dust filtration, we are constantly developing innovative solutions. In this way, we contribute effectively to clean air in the workplace and the protection of the environment. Our filter elements are used worldwide.

You are responsible for:

• Our production of filter cartridges and filter panels for dust and air filtration
• Planning: You plan the time schedule according to the needs of sales and availability of production capacity and raw material
• Generate production documents based on sales orders
• You cooperate and communicate with sales regarding deliveries of the filter elements and make sure that they are ready at the required date
• You continuously develop and improve the production methods and flow
• Overall machine maintenance comes into your responsibility
• Documentation of the production
• About 25 operators / workers and a Production Supervisor report to you. We are into expansion of our production hall and hence the workforce shall increase accordingly

Your profile:

• Graduated engineer in production engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable subject
• Experience in production planning
• Knowledge of English language

Manager, Purchase

Your job shall involve executing all activities related to incoming Purchase Management. This includes inventory management,
ordering to Indian and Overseas suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and co-ordination with accounts department.

Additionally you maintain and develop relationships with our existing suppliers, look for new suppliers, visit suppliers and keep management updated regarding purchasing trends in the market.

Your qualification:

• Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Inventory management/purchase management course preferred
• English fluently
• Computer proficient
• Basic knowledge of CAD softwares

Senior Sales Engineer

Your job shall involve visiting prospective client companies and developing new clientele on pan India basis.

Additionally you maintain and develop relationships with our existing customers, prepare offers and negotiate sales orders. You advise our customers in technical issues and provide them with technical solutions.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred
• English fluently
• Computer proficient
• Basic knowedge of CAD softwares

• University graduate, technically or technically interested business degree
• English fluently
• Computer proficient
